Tata-owned Air India has announced it will provide halal certificate only for Muslim meals. The company in its circular said pre-booked meals labelled with Muslim meal sticker is to be treated as a special meal. All meals on Saudi sectors will be halal and halal certificate will be provided on Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, Medina sectors, including Haj flights, Air India said.
