Bharti Airtel, in collaboration with the Indian Army, has established its 4G network in Galwan and Daulat Beg Oldie (DBO), Ladakh. This makes Airtel the sole private telecom provider offering services at 16,700 feet above sea level. The company has set up 17 mobile towers across challenging terrains, including Kargil, Siachen, and Changthang, connecting remote Ladakhi villages.
