Amicus Capital and other investors have invested Rs 125 crore in Equirus Group. Federal Bank partially exited, and several individual shareholders also sold their stakes. The investment aims to modernize Equirus' technology and expand its business in various financial services like investment banking, wealth management, and insurance broking.
