Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde announced that industrialist Ratan Tata, who passed away at 86, will receive a state funeral. Tata's body will lie in state at NCPA for public homage. Shinde hailed Tata as a legendary entrepreneur and a national pride, especially for his resilience during the 26/11 attacks.
