The outperformance of metal stocks and the indices is well known. But it is worth noting the performance of a number of IT stocks. They have not suffered the kind of cuts other sectors and stocks have witnessed. This is interesting if you take into account the fact that the Q2 earning season will be kicked off by large-cap IT companies.
