The Commission for Air Quality Management has formed a Special Enforcement Task Force to oversee the implementation of measures to control air pollution in the national capital region. Forty inspection teams will assist the ETF. The panel has conducted inspections at nearly 18,976 sites and issued 1,099 closure directions for violators since its inception.
