The third and final phase of polling in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday will involve 40 constituencies. This includes 24 seats in Jammu division and 16 in Kashmir valley. The outcome will determine the fate of candidates from various parties including BJP, Congress and People’s Conference. Seven SC reserved seats in Jammu division are also going to polls.
