Nearly 200 people have died and over 125 are missing in Vietnam following Typhoon Yagi, as flash floods and landslides cause widespread devastation. State media reported that the death toll surged after a flash flood wiped out Lang Nu hamlet in Lao Cai province. Rescue efforts continue with hundreds of personnel searching for survivors.
