Congress has taken note of allegations of a toxic work culture under Sebi chief Madhabi Puri Buch. A significant number of Sebi employees have accused the leadership of fostering an environment of fear and public humiliation. A complaint was sent to the Finance Ministry, calling for accountability and reform within the organisation.
