EET Fuels has appointed Toyo Engineering India to manage the FEED phase of its ICC project at Stanlow refinery. The project aims to capture 1 million tons of CO2 annually by 2028, reducing Stanlow emissions by 45%. The captured CO2 will be sequestered in Liverpool Bay as part of the HyNet decarbonisation cluster.
