Meanwhile, junior doctors at RG Kar Medical College, where the incident occurred, have established a telemedicine clinic amid their ongoing strike, which has entered its 21st day. The clinic, named "Abhaya Clinic," operates daily from 10 am to 2 pm in several hospitals across the state.
