External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar declared an end to the era of uninterrupted dialogue with Pakistan. Speaking in Delhi, Jaishankar emphasized that actions have consequences, referring to Pakistan's open criticism of India's decision to revoke Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. He stated that India will react, when necessary.
