The health department has formed an inquiry committee after a couple was caught engaging in intimate activity inside a Noida mortuary. The incident, which was captured in a month-old video, led to three arrests, including the mortuary sweeper. The Chief Medical Officer highlighted significant security lapses and requested increased security and CCTV cameras.
