The Kerala government plans to establish a township in a secure area for the rehabilitation of those displaced by the catastrophic landslide in the Mundakkai region of Wayanad district. A comprehensive process led by CM Vijayan will be made. The state has received offers for land and house construction, including donations from various sources as rescue operations continue.
