The Delhi High Court will decide on Monday a plea by doctors' associations against Yoga guru Ramdev for claiming 'Coronil' as a COVID-19 cure. The plea, part of a 2021 lawsuit, targets Ramdev, his associate Acharya Balkrishna, and Patanjali Ayurveda for making "unsubstantiated claims" about 'Coronil'. The associations accuse Ramdev of misinformation and marketing strategies to boost sales. Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani had reserved the order on May 21. The court previously issued summons, acknowledging the lawsuit's validity.
