Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has dismissed criticism that the Indian budget has given special treatment to states run by supporting parties, stating that those whose alliances received less than 230 seats have no right to question it. She stated that the Centre has provided funds to all states, including Rs 1.5 lakh crore assistance for all states in the budget.
