Hamas and Iran's Revolutionary Guards confirmed his death following his participation in Iran’s new president's inauguration. Haniyeh, born in Gaza, had 13 children and faced numerous family losses due to Israeli airstrikes, including the deaths of his sons, grandchildren, and other relatives.
