Social activist Medha Patkar has moved to the Sessions court to challenge a defamation case against her by Delhi's lieutenant governor, VK Saksena. The Supreme Court scheduled a hearing on July 29 for the Enforcement Directorate's plea against Jharkhand High Court's decision to grant bail to Chief Minister Hemant Soren in a money laundering case.
