This acquisition aligns with Advania's strategic focus on expanding both its footprint and its capability within the UK market. The combination will enable a highly complementary solutions and services offering, providing top tier depth and breadth of expertise across an end-to-end customer-centric offering commensurate with the group’s overall strategy. It will also offer the UK midmarket a much needed fresh and comprehensive approach to IT services from a scaled provider with access to the full resources of Advania. This transaction represents a key milestone in Advania’s broader goal of becoming the leading IT services provider in Northern Europe and will further accelerate the growth of the group.
