Promotion: commercial furnishing company Visplay is launching its Omnio Office modular furniture system at Orgatec 2024 in Cologne, Germany.
Set to launch later this month, Omnio Office was informed by Visplay's flexible furniture, originally created for retail and has also been in exhibitions, showrooms, car dealerships, pharmacies among other environments.
"Companies need the flexibility to respond to the ever increasing and frequent challenges," said Visplay managing director Christian Vetterer.
"Quickly restructuring spaces, flexibly assembling teams, or swiftly responding to changes in employee numbers – these are the central requirements of modern workplace planning."
Visplay, which is based on the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein, developed and launched the office-focused system after identifying an increased demand for adaptable and sustainable office systems.
The Omnio Office system was created with longevity in mind, as it can be adapted to suit company's changing needs and can be reconfigured easily without any specific tools.
Modules can be used to create room dividers, desk space or presentation areas, while plant grids can be used to add natural life to the office and acoustic panels ensure a quiet environment.
The system is designed to be "future-proof", the flexible office furniture integrates technology including USB-C ports and lighting, and made using durable materials which also factor in acoustics.
"Omnio Office is not only "state-of-the-art" today but will remain so in the future," said the brand.
"Visplay focuses on timeless design and robust quality, ensuring that the systems remain modern and functional for years to come," it continued. "The system is easy to transport and space-efficient, making it adaptable to changing needs, whether during a move or for new tenants."
