Dezeen Showroom: colour takes centre stage in Italian tile maker Casalgrande Padana's Brickworks Nuances collection, which includes a vibrant blue-green called Verde Persia.
Brickworks Nuances Verde Persia is a rectangular porcelain stoneware tile with saturated colouration and a minimalist design.
The deep hue recalls the colour of Persian turquoise and looks particularly evocative in poolside applications.
Verde Persia is one of eight colours in the Brickworks Nuances collection, which also includes neutrals as well as other blue-green shades, all available in either a glossy or matt finish.
Casalgrande Padana recommends the tile for cladding fireplaces, niches and bookcases as well as kitchens, bathrooms, patios and verandas.
"This collection is the perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality," said Casalgrande Padana. "It can liven up any public or commercial setting and add a personal touch to domestic ones."
