Back to highlight the town’s vibrant cultural scene and artists, Limassol Art Walks return on October 18, 19 and 20 for the third time. Encouraging locals and visitors to immerse themselves in the art scene of Limassol’s old city, the three-day event brings together contemporary art spaces, local institutions, art initiatives and guests from Cyprus and abroad.
Stroll the old town and explore the 17 galleries, pop-up projects and art spaces taking part in the event this year. Besides open studios and extended visiting hours, the Limassol Art Walks programme will offer a rich array of exhibitions, screenings, discussions and parallel events to engage visitors further with the local cultural sector.
“Engaging with the past and present of Limassol’s historic centre,” say organisers, “these events will uncover the dynamic artistic pulse that runs through the heart of the city.” The events can be found online at www.limassolartwalks.com.
