On the 2nd Day of the Test between India and Bangladesh., it rained in the morning. Though it rained in the morning, the pour was not there for the majority of the day.
The rain showers in the morning resulted in ground staff facing difficulties, putting out rain covers on the field. This was eventually followed by the officials having no final option but to call off the Day 2 without a single ball being bowled.
A special event happened as the fay got called off. This as been the first in nine years, where in India, a complete Day in Tests got completely washed out.
The prediction of rain has been made for the 3rd Test as well. The weather is supposed to be clear for the last 2 days. Indian team will hope that they get enough overs to bowl if they want to whitewash this series.
