When a break was increasingly urgent, Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto opted towards Mehidy Hasan Miraz. This decision proved to be a positive one as the off-spinner dismissed Saud Shakeel on the final ball of his over.
Mehdi sent a tossed-up delivery from around the wicket, which turned away from Shakeel. Saud was trying to attempt for a drive, but was evidently beaten. The ball was cleanly caught by Litton Das, who went for a quick stump in order to dismiss Shakeel. Litton’s execution of the stumping made people compare him to the legendary Indian wicketkeeper MS Dhoni, as he is known for his extraordinary stumping skills.
