Actress Rhea Chakraborty has grabbed a lot of attention with her podcast 'Chapter 2' wherein she speaks her heart out about her journey of healing and the challenges she faced after her boyfriend, Sushant Singh Rajput's death. In the latest episode of the podcast Chapter 2, Aamir Khan praised Rhea's courage during challenging times. Aamir said that Rhea's life took a dramatic turn after the incident and appreciated her for being strong.
During the episode, Aamir Khan said that what happened with Rhea, he would call it a tragedy. He said the way her life changed after that and the way she showed patience and strength, she did not lose hope or faith in herself. He said that we all can learn a lot from that. He also said that a person's morale breaks and gets crushed. Rhea spoke about her healing process and said that her upbringing helped her build resilience. Rhea Chakraborty said that she was impacted by grief, anxiety, and PTSD, and it took years to overcome. She said that now she feels rejuvenated and ready to embrace new beginnings. She said that she thinks army upbringing also makes a difference as life is tough. She said that her dad taught them to fight and never give up. She said that it is inherent in her DNA and no one can defeat you easily, said Rhea. Aamir said that Rhea has shown remarkable courage and she should be proud of it.
Rhea also said that it took her a long time to start chapter 2 as she was healing all this while. She said that there was pain, anxiety, PTSD, and whatnot. She said that it feels like meeting people has revived her curiosity. She said that after overcoming that she now feels like the sun is rising again and she feels like doing new things.
She also revealed the real motivation behind starting her podcast and said that she desires to create a safe space for authentic conversations. She said that she can speak openly without fear of being misrepresented. Rhea said that Aamir introduced her to the concept of forgiveness through the documentary Rubaru Roshni which helped her.
