TANAHUN, Nepal - The death toll in the Tanahun bus tragedy rose to 27 on the weekend.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Santosh Paudel of the Traffic Police Office in Tanahun, twenty-seven of the 43 people on the bus died, while sixteen were injured.
