DETROIT, Michigan: According to Washington State Patrol investigators, a Tesla vehicle involved in a fatal crash near Seattle was operating on the company's "Full Self-Driving" (FSD) system at the time.
"The investigation is still ongoing in this case," Glover said in an email to The Associated Press. He said the Snohomish County Prosecutor would determine if any charges were filed.
