NEW YORK, New York - U.S. stocks shot higher on Monday following President Biden' shock decision on Sunday to suspend his bid for a second term, and endorsing Vive President Kamala Harris.
"Trump still has the lead, but everybody is also waiting to see who Harris will select for her running mate, which adds uncertainty, but also a little bit of excitement to the campaign," Sam Stovall, chief investment strategist
