We are halfway through November! That leaves just over two weeks left to donate your art for the 27th Annual Art Auction! BICAS is seeking bicycle-inspired artwork and art made from bike parts in all mediums. Artists are welcome to use scrap bike parts from BICAS, which are available for free in the shop.
Donating to the Art Auction is an excellent way to showcase your art while supporting our mission of accessibility to bicycles and the arts. Since its very inception, this event has warmed the hearts of many with breathtaking showings of bicycle art! The BICAS Annual Art Auction features silent bidding on one-of-a-kind bicycle art by local artists, accompanied by food, drinks, and music! All proceeds go towards BICAS programs.
As a nonprofit, the BICAS Annual Art Auction is our largest fundraising event of the year.
The BICAS 27th Annual Art Auction is on December 7th, 5 PM to 9 PM (one night only!), and will be held this year at our BICAS shop! Bids close at 8 PM. We are proud that our mission is supported by many of Tucson’s most prolific working artists through bicycle-themed art donations. All proceeds from the Art Auction will go towards promoting accessibility to bicycle transportation and the arts.
