Loose Women star Coleen Nolan interrupted the show to tell viewers at home about a surprise marriage proposal that had just taken place on set.
Going back on air after a commercial break yesterday (July 24), Nolan revealed two guests had got engaged during the ads, right after introducing a segment about cheating in relationships.
"Now from cheating to something very different... a proposal," said the presenter. "During the break, my friend Liam who is in the audience proposed to his partner, Michael."

"Look at this," Nolan said as the camera cut to a video filmed during the break which sees Liam popping the question. "It is so romantic!"
"It was so romantic," she continued, adding: "Things like that make my day. That is so lovely, we wish you all the best, and we wait for the invitation."

Elsewhere on Loose Women, Ruth Langsford has returned to the show after a two-month hiatus amid her divorce from Eamon Holmes.
The panellist had previously given a heads-up to her followers on Instagram, teasing her comeback to the chat show earlier in the week.
"Can I just say I'm so happy you're back," Nolan welcomed back Langsford on July 22.
"Thank god," Janet Street-Porter added as the live audience cheered on, with Langsford replying: "It's very nice to be back with you."
Meanwhile, Holmes had addressed fans during his GB News breakfast show a few days after their divorce was announced.
"Just before we move on, we'd just like to thank people for your support for Ruth and I over the last few days as to the news of our separation," the presenter said. "Your support for both of us is very much appreciated."
Loose Women airs on weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
