YEREVAN, October 7. /ARKA/. Armenia's National Weather Service said today that no rains are expected across the country on October 7-8, and also during the daytime on October 10 and 11.
Rains with thunderstorms are expected on October 9 in some parts of the country and in most parts on October 9 afternoon and October 10 overnight.
The southwestern winds will be blowing with gusts up to 2-5m/s; during the thunderstorms the wind's speed may increase to 17-20 m/s. The temperatures on October 7-9 will gradually drop by 8-10 degrees Celsius.
Rain is expected in Yerevan on October 9 morning and afternoon, as well as on October 10 overnight.
The weather forecasters promise 27-29 degrees Celsius in the capital on Friday afternoon. On Sunday, the temperature will drop to 19-21 degrees. On Monday and Tuesday it will be 20-22 degrees. -0-
