If you had to debunk three fitness myths for our readers, what would those be?
The first one would be ‘carbs are not bad for you’. The second one is ‘endless cardio will do nothing except make you skinny fat’, and lastly, ‘women who lift weights don’t look manly, they look gorgeous’.
Since we are all caught in the middle of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, plans and goals seem to have taken a back seat. How are you staying on track of your fitness goals? What will be your words of advice for fitness enthusiasts who don’t have access to gyms at this time?
I’m incredibly fortunate to have a home gym, so I’m doing just fine right now. For anyone who doesn’t have access to a gym, the best way to stay fit is to go outside for a brisk walk or a bike ride. You can look up bodyweight exercises on social media or YouTube. You’d be amazed at what you can get done without any equipment.

I’m really excited about my upcoming film debut in Sgt. Lionheart, a military film by my friend Jason Ellis that stars C.T. Fletcher, Mike O’Hearn, and several other fitness greats. It should be an amazing experience.
