US Ambassador awarded Armenian Order of Friendship
"At the suggestion of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 136 of the Constitution and Part 1 of Article 5.3 of the Law "On State Awards and Honorary Titles", to award Kristina Allison Kvien, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Armenia, the Order of Friendship for her significant contribution to deepening cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the United States of America, as well as for strengthening and developing Armenian-American friendly relations," the decree reads.
