Ucom has introduced Hecttor AI in its call center to improve the quality of customer communication.
Developed by Silicon Valley–based Saima Inc., this technology adjusts speech speed in real time and enhances clarity, making conversations clearer and easier to understand for both customers and agents.
“Can you repeat that?” is one of the most common challenges in call center conversations. It reduces the effectiveness of communication and negatively affects the overall service experience.
Hecttor AI addresses key call center issues such as fast or unclear speech, poor sound quality, and background noise. As a result, it helps shorten call duration, resolve issues more quickly, and increase customer satisfaction.
