Bill Cosby, 78, was arraigned Wednesday in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania just hours after the comedian was charged with sexual assault for a 2004 incident involving former Temple University employee Andrea Constand, who claims Cosby drugged her. Cosby, who faces felony charges for aggravated indecent assault, did not enter a plea and his bail was set at $1 million.
A preliminary hearing is slated for Jan. 14, marking the first time Cosby will face criminal charges stemming from over 50 women's accusations of sexual assault. Cosby has thus far denied all allegations, going so far as to file defamation lawsuits against some of the accusers.
