Guns N’ Roses Reportedly Reuniting to Headline Coachella
Welcome back to the jungle, Guns N’ Roses.
Billboard reported that “multiple sources” have said the rock band is set to reunite, with original members Slash and Axl Rose, to headline the 2016 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Even more exciting for fans who have been crossing their fingers for a reunion for decades is the possibility of a stadium tour.

Adding to the speculation, the band’s official website recently changed its main image to the group’s old logo, a pair of revolvers and two roses. The band’s official Twitter and Facebook pages also updated their profile pictures to that of a live crowd.
The band is said to be asking upwards of $3 million per performance as they organize the new tour, which would kick off at the new Las Vegas Arena.

Guns N’ Roses exploded onto the scene with their 1987 debut album “Appetite for Destruction.” The album topped the Billboard charts for five weeks and sold over 18 million copies, making it the highest-selling U.S. debut album of all time. Hit tune “Sweet Child O’ Mine” reached the number one spot on the Billboard singles charts.
Despite their incredible success, turmoil within the band led to Slash playing his last live show with Rose in 1993. He officially left the band in 1996, citing creative differences. He went on to claim in his 2007 autobiography that Rose’s unprofessional behavior caused his departure.
Rose continued to tour with the band, despite being the only original member left in the lineup. They released the album “Chinese Democracy” in 2008.
