Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit starring Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is a popular show that has managed to keep audiences hooked with their interesting twist and turns. Ruhi gives birth to Armaan and Abhira's baby girl Pookie and his behaviour changes after the arrival of his daughter. Armaan has been acting protective towards Pookie and does not allow Abhira to touch his daughter. He even calls Abhira a stranger to their daughter Pookie and says that she does not have any genuine connection with the child. As Armaan and Abhira return home with their newborn baby, the entire family celebrates with them. Armaan keeps on constantly making Abhira feel worthless and judges her every move.

In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan chooses Ruhi over Abhira and tells her to take over the responsibility of Pookie. Kaveri reprimands Armaan for making the biggest mistake of his life. But, Armaan does not listen to anyone and turns overprotective towards Pookie. Abhira believes that Armaan might get normal, but his behavior changes and gets worse. Armaan crosses all the limits as he shames Abhira for her infertility in front of the entire family. Armaan blames Abhira as Pookie gets a fever. He holds her responsible for Pookie getting sick. He taunts her and says that she is not a responsible mother.

As per reports, the show will witness a leap of 5-7 years and post the leap, Armaan and Abhira get separated. In the upcoming episode, Abhira will get to know that she is pregnant post separating from Armaan and she wants to inform Armaan about her pregnancy but decides to not disclose the information or he might snatch the baby. Abhira will decide to live her life with her baby away from Armaan. While Armaan stays with Pookie in the Poddar house.
