The Roshan, the Netflix documentary tracing the 75 years of the Roshan family's contribution to Indian cinema releases on the OTT platform on January 17th. The family got together today in Mumbai to launch the trailer, which is a heartwarming insight into their journey of struggle and success. As expected, the evening was laced with anecdotes and here we tell you about one of the sweetest ones that will warm your hearts. The Roshans - Rakesh, Rajesh and Hrithik were shown a few pictures from their personal album and they had to share a memory related to it.
This particular one we are talking about has Hrithik, as a young boy, with Rajinikanth. This is from the sets of the film Bhagwaan Dada (1986), directed by Jay Om Prakash, Hrithik's maternal grandfather (nana). Describing the picture, Hrithik said, "This is a photograph of a very ignorant little foolish boy who had no idea that he was standing with the greatest legend of all time." Recalling the time back then, he shared, "For me he was Rajini uncle. I had my way with him. Today if I get a chance to work with him, I will be very different. I will realise the burden and the weight of the moment that I am sharing screen space with him."

Further reminiscing about working with him as a little boy, Hrithik revealed, "He was so gentle, so giving. Whenever I messed up a shot, and my grandfather said cut, Rajini sir used to take the blame 'Sorry, sorry, it's my fault'. But it was my fault. Every single time I made a mistake, Rajni sir took the blame. So that I, a child, do not get conscious."
The Roshans is a four-part series revealing about the life and times of Roshan Lal Nagrath, Rakesh and Rajesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan. It starts streaming on Netflix from January 17th.
