Pushpa 2: The Rule starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil released on December 5. Even after a month of its release, the movie is going strong in theatres. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2: The Rule is among the highest grossers of all time. The Hindi version of the film has managed to beat Stree 2, Jawan, Animal and other movies to become the highest grosser ever. But it looks like Pushpa 2: The Rule is slowing down at the box office.
On day 34, Pushpa 2: The Rule has reportedly collected Rs 2.25 crore at the box office as reported by Sacnilk.com. These are early estimates. The numbers started dipping from 5th Monday and slipped below Rs 5 crore mark. On 5th Tuesday, the movie continued to do mint less than Rs 5 crore. But it is expected as it has been a month since the film release and now it is witnessing a gradual decline.
However, makers of Allu Arjun's film seem to have pulled another stunt to boost numbers. Last evening, reports went viral suggesting that 20-minutes of extra footage has been added to Pushpa 2: The Rule. The makers made the official announcement through social media and called it as Pushpa 2: The Rule Reloaded Version. Fans will be able to see the extended cut in theatres from January 11. 'The WILDFIRE gets extra FIERY,' the post suggested. This piqued the excitement of fans once again for Pushpa 2: The Rule. Fans are now curious about this bonus footage that has been added to the film and one can expect that the numbers will rise again thanks to his masterstroke of fans.
The total collection of the movie by the end of day 34 stands at Rs 1210 crore. With its worldwide collection, the movie has crossed the mark of Rs 1800 crore.
