Hrithik Roshan's Krrish 3 released in the year 2013. It has been more than a decade now that the fans are waiting for its fourth instalment. The film was announced a long time ago, however, no further update has been shared. Fans are waiting to know more about its shooting schedule and release date. Krrish by Rakesh Roshan is a successful franchise and hence, fans are excited for the fourth part. Well, here's an update for all those waiting for Krrish 4.
If the latest reports are anything to go by, Hrithik Roshan is finally set to commence shooting of Krrish 4. However, it will happen only once he wraps up the shooting of War 2. As per a report in Mid-Day, a source has revealed to the portal that War 2 will wrap up in April 2025. Director Ayan Mukerji plans to shoot some heavy action sequences in the last leg of shooting and call it a wrap. War 2 also stars Jr NTR in a pivotal role. Kiara Advani is the leading lady in the film. About War 2, the source revealed to the entertainment news section of the portal, "The April schedule will be wholly dedicated to the fights and stunts, after which it will be a wrap on the spy thriller." Further, the source shared that Krrish 4 shooting will begin mid summer. "They will take the project on floors in summer 2025, with schedules in Mumbai and parts of Europe," said the source about Krrish 4.
Krrish 4 is expected to be directed by Karan Malhotra. The first three instalments were helmed by Rakesh Roshan but the fourth one will be done by Karan Malhotra. The leading lady of Krrish 4 is yet to be finalised. Krrish 3 had Piyanka Chopra opposite Hrithik Roshan. Vivek Oberoi and Kangana Ranaut played the villains.
