Gadar 3: Nana Patekar to play the villain in Sunny Deol's film? Here’s what we know

Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer Gadar 2 created magic in the theatres. The film won hearts and it broke box office records. We saw a lot of people showering love on Sunny and Ameesha's performance. The film also starred Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur and others. Post the big success of that film, everyone is waiting for Gadar 3. People want Tara Singh to return to the big screens again. Everyone wants director Anil Sharma to announce the happy news soon. However, there have been some rumours around the third movie already.

Nana Patekar to be a part of Gadar 3?

It has been said that Nana Patekar is part of Gadar 3 and he will be playing the villain in the movie. Nana Patekar has finally spoken about these rumours. In recent interview with The Lallantop, he spoke about a twist. He shared that if he were to play the villain opposite Sunny Deol, it wouldn't make sense for Sunny to beat him up in a fight.

He added that the story would need to set them up as being from different worlds. He gave a hint that they would sort this later and he has spoken to Anil Sharma but nothing is confirmed yet. He then asked how audiences would react to seeing him get beaten by Sunny in a fight.

Anil Sharma also was asked about Nana Patekar playing the villain. He said that he had already discussed the idea with Nana. He also added that Gadar 3 is at a stage where changes are not feasible but if he gets an opportunity to work with Nana, it would be fantastic.

Nana Patekar is currently seen in Vanvaas alongside Utkarsh Sharma. They movie is getting all love and people are loving the heartwarming story. The movie released in the theatres on December 20. It also stars Simrat Kaur, Rajpal Yadav and others.
