Keepit Secures €48M Investment to Expand Global Reach in SaaS Data Protection

Copenhagen-based Keepit, the world’s only independent, cloud-native provider of SaaS data protection, has raised €48 million (DKK 350 million) in a funding round led by existing investors One Peak and Denmark’s Export and Investment Fund (EIFO). This latest round brings Keepit’s total funding to over € 85 million over the past four years.

Accelerating Growth in Data Protection

The new capital will be used to strengthen Keepit’s position as a leader in SaaS data protection, with plans to intensify its go-to-market strategy and accelerate product innovation. Keepit’s solutions already serve over 5 million users worldwide, and the funding aims to support further global expansion, focusing on key growth markets like the United States and Europe.
