Paul Mauro, Fox News Contributor, attorney, and retired NYPD inspector, joined The Guy Benson Show to break down the latest developments in the UnitedHealthcare CEO murder case, including the killer’s extradition to New York. Mauro explained why the case might shift from DA Alvin Bragg’s jurisdiction to federal authorities and argued that the terrorism charge is both appropriate and necessary due to how NY’s murder charges are filed. He also weighed in on the disqualification of Fani Willis from the Trump Georgia case, noting how it could spell the end of the case as it is now “orphaned.” Listen to the full interview below!

Mauro had this to say on the future of Trump’s GA case:
“This is an orphan indictment now. And let’s just say this one is an orphan that nobody wants to adopt. It’s very larded with this, you know, political motive, all kinds of procedural problems. It’s chocked through with perjury and evidentiary problems. And as a result, what has to happen now, my understanding down there is that this regulatory body, which has a very highfalutin state sounding thing, but realistically is a regulatory body that would have to appoint now a new prosecutor, either a new district attorney’s office or a special prosecutor take the thing over. And frankly, if I were a special prosecutor or another D.A. who catches this case, the first thing I would do is… come out and say this case is not winnable. It likely shouldn’t have been brought to begin with. Case dismissed.”
