On Friday afternoon, Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun was arrested by the Telangana police. The actor was arrested in connection with the Hyderabad Stampede tragedy. The stampede led to a woman named Revathi's death, which shook the nation. Now, the woman's husband has reacted to the actor's arrest and wants to withdraw the case. So what exactly happened? In a video, Revathi's husband said that he got to know that Allu Arjun was arrested in the stampede case. He also mentions that he was at the Sandhya theatre that day. The victim's husband then says that he is ready to withdraw the case.
"I am ready to withdraw the case. I was not aware of the arrest and Allu Arjun has nothing to do with the stampede in which my wife passed away," says Revathi's husband.

Further in this entertainment news, the Nampally court has remanded Allu Arjun for 14 days after his arrest today. Another big update has come in that the Sandya Theatre management had requested police protection on December 4 and 5, 2024. A letter of the same has gone viral on social media. The letter mentioned that 'there will be heavy fans crowd' as the cast is visiting to see the movie.
Meanwhile, on December 4, a large crowd was gathered at the Sandhya theatre in Hyderabad for the premiere of Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rule. When the crowd got to know the actor had arrived, a stampede-like situation happened at the theatre. Revathi, a 35-year-old woman, was present there with her husband and two songs. Unfortunately, Revathi died due to the stampede and her 9-year-old son was admitted to the hospital.
A case was then registered against the theatre owner and security who were present that day and Allu Arjun. Arjun is the fourth person to be arrested in the case. As per the reports, the Pushpa 2 star was reportedly taken for medical examination at the Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad after his arrest.
