Telugu actor Mohan Babu and his son Manchu Manoj have filed cases against each other. All is not well between father and son. Mohan Babu has filed a police complaint against his son Manchu Manoj and daughter-in-law Monika as he claimed that he has been threatened by them. The veteran star also requested the police to provide him protection.
Mohan Babu requested the police to provide him protection. The complaint reads, 'some anti-social elements employed by him caused a disturbance on Sunday at his house 'Manchu Town' in Jalpally in Rangareddy district'.
The actor told the police, 'I fear for my safety, my valuables, and my property. I have been informed that these individuals are waiting for me to return to my house with the intent to harm me and instil fear, compelling me to abandon my residence permanently. All those individuals are anti-social elements and are causing fear and threat to life to those who are at my home, including me'.
He also demanded legal action against Manoj, Monika and their associates and urged the cops to evict them from his property. The actor said, 'Provide me with adequate protection to ensure my safety and allow me to access my home without fear'.
Manoj Manchu had visited the police station and claimed to be attacked by his father. On Monday, Glute posted a copy of the police complaint on their X account and stated that Mohan Babu filed a police complaint on his son Manchu Manoj and daughter-in-law Monika.
The complaint read, 'On 8.12.2024, my younger son Mr. Manoj (who incidentally abandoned my home and appeared four months ago) caused a disturbance at my house along with anti-social elements, who were employed by him. He subsequently left the premises with his wife, Mrs Monika, leaving behind his 7 month-old daughter under the care of a housemaid and nanny employed by him'.
The incident details are, 'While at my office at Madhapur at 10.30 AM, one of my employees informed me that approximately 30 individuals, claiming to be associates of my son Mr Manoj, forcibly trespassed into my residence. They threatened my staff with dire consequences, evicted them from the property, and declared that no one could enter the house without their permission. All those individuals are causing fear and threat to life to those who are at my home, including me'.
Manchu also filed a complaint with Pahadi Shareef Police on Monday and alleged that around 10 unidentified miscreants on Sunday attacked him and there is a threat to his life. The complaint also included a medical report that outlined blunt trauma to spine, neck, abdomen and left calf.
Mohan's heirs Vishnu and Manoj have been rumoured to be at loggerheads. Vishnu did not attend Manoj's wedding.
