#JobsforJihadis: Syed Farook Had a Job and His Wife was Rich

In the real world, Muslim terrorists are racist supremacist killers. In the imaginary terror-apologist world, they're oppressed, confused and deprived.

State Department Deputy Spokesperson Marie Harf was widely ridiculed in February for saying of the Islamic State (ISIS): “We cannot win this war by killing them, we cannot kill our way out of this war. We need, in the longer term, medium and longer term, to go after the root causes that leads people to join these groups, whether it’s lack of opportunity for jobs.”

But Syed Farook already had a good job. And his wife, Tasheen Malik, came from a wealthy family. Saudi Arabia has a name for poor Pakistanis. Slave labor. Her family wast rich. She didn't lack for money.

We're not going to "job program" our way of this because jobs aren't the issue.

A lot of liberals are shocked that Malik abandoned her baby to go on this killing spree. It seems insane behavior. But it's not. This was her faith. She wasn't deprived. She was depraved. And until liberals grasp that concept, they're going to keep spinning in circles.

The sort of person from a wealthy family that will drop off their baby to go kill a bunch of non-Muslims for ISIS is not looking for work. They're not going to be bought off with a jobs program.

Liberals constantly praise Islam and screech about Islamophobia, but they refuse to take Islam seriously as a religion. They refuse to take the Koran seriously. They refuse to believe that Muslims are willing to die for their own ideas, not because they're merely respond to something we did to them. There's a species of condescending bigotry to their attitude.

And yet they can't explain the San Bernardino massacre in any terms other than madness or fanaticism. They can't explain ISIS in any other terms. And so they fall back on madness, because insanity is less scary to them than coming to terms with Islam.
