Shraddha Kapoor is currently enjoying the success of Stree 2, a horror-comedy film that also stars Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi. Amar Kaushik directed the film, which was released on August 15 and left audiences impressed. It is a sequel to their 2018 superhit movie, and fans are quite pleased with Chanderi's spooky take on entertaining them thoroughly. Fans of Kapoor are thrilled to witness her on screen nearly 18 months after the theatrical release of Tu Jhooti Main Makkar.
Talking about Shraddha Kapoor's movies, the actress has worked with actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra. However, she has never shared screen space with any of the Khans from Bollywood Shah Rukh, Salman, or Aamir. Despite receiving film offers from Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Salman Khan in the past, the Ek Villain actress cited other reasons for not collaborating with them.
While talking to IANS, the Stree 2 actress explained that sometimes, even when a film is offered, she might not find the character exciting enough or the role challenging for her as an artist. The actress revealed that she is clear about the kind of work she chooses. Shraddha wants to be part of successful films with engaging stories, work with good directors, and do good work. According to her, if this also leads to the chance to work with great actors or big stars, she would be pleased to accept it.
Meanwhile, in an interview in the past, Shraddha Kapoor revealed that when she was 16, she was offered a movie alongside Salman Khan. The film that she was offered was Lucky: No Time for Love. However, the actress wanted to complete her education at that time and, hence, rejected the offer.
After Stree 2, Shraddha Kapoor will be a part of a time-machine based movie and a Naagin project with Ekta Kapoor. However, there has been no follow up on these two projects yet. But, it is confirmed that she will be back in Maddock Films' horror-comedy universe. During Stree 2 trailer launch, producer Dinesh Vijan revealed that Stree 3 is already in the works. Considering the sequel also leaves behind several mysteries and we still don't know Kapoor's name, we hope the third part answers all our questions.
