MG Motor has released teaser images of its all-new ZS SUV, providing a glimpse of the upcoming model ahead of its official unveiling on August 26. The new ZS, which will initially be available in Australia, boasts a redesigned exterior and interior, along with a range of advanced features.
The teaser images showcase a more aggressive front fascia featuring projector headlights, integrated LED DRLs, and a large bonnet. The prominent oval grille adds a modern and sleek touch. The overall design aligns with the updated HS SUV, showcasing a contemporary and stylish aesthetic.
While specific details aren’t out yet, the ZS is expected to offer a revamped cabin with features such as dual screens, power-adjustable front seats, wireless charging, a 360-degree camera, and an updated ADAS suite. These upgrades aim to provide a comfortable and technologically advanced driving experience.
MG has confirmed that the new ZS will be available with a petrol-hybrid powertrain in the Australian market. Additional powertrain options, including a pure petrol engine with turbo-charging and a pure electric variant, are also anticipated.
Following its Australian debut, the next-gen MG ZS will be introduced in other countries, including India, sometime next year. While the specific version to be launched in India remains uncertain, it is likely to be either the ZS or the MG VS, which is currently sold in Indonesia.
In addition to the ZS, MG Motor India is gearing up to showcase the Windsor EV on September 11. A price announcement for this electric vehicle is also expected on the same day.
