So, BollywoodLife reached out to Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star Samridhii Shukla to know about her Mumbai monsoon experiences. She spoke about her best experience and shared, "My best experience was this one time when I was travelling and I was in a very hilly area and it was green everywhere and raining. I had my friends along with me and we saw a small shop where a small family was there. One could make out that they were from a very humble background. So, we had tea and maggi at their shop. I feel it is important to promote small businesses and help them. Also, in the 'pahadi' areas, tea and maggi ka taste hi alag ata hai jab vo log chulhe pe banate hai."
She further spoke about her worst experience and it was during July 26, 2005 floods. She said, "There is no such worst experience but during July 26 floods in Mumbai, I was stuck in my school for 3-4 days. I would not say it was the worst experience but it was a worst experience for my parents as they were waiting for me. My school bus did not leave and they were unable to contact me. They were wondering that I am not stranded in the school bus. But we were safely in school. We were scared but everyone took care of us in school."
She also opened up about what she would do if she was stuck at home during rains. She said, "If I was stuck at home right now, I would watch something with my sister, spend time with my family. I would also make some tea and maggi as it my go to rains food. So, I would eat that and enjoy and would be safe at home with my family."
