The Security Council session has ended . The president received information from the relevant bodies on the threats the country is facing.
After the meeting, the President said that the important issues for the defense of the country were discussed and several plans were approved and the agreement on the coordinated work was reached at the Security Council
Today"s Security Council meeting was not held in full composition as the Prime Minister did not attend the meeting in the Administration of the President today.
"The Security Council is the most important constitutional bodies, where the country"s top political and military officials discuss the most important defense issues. We do not know any other constitutional framework where decisions are taken on such a high level. It is therefore important to have unified positions on these meetings and by our unity strengthen the country, "- the president said in response to the Prime Minister"s decision not to attend the meeting.
